Steven Poser founded Wall Street Experts LLC with a vision to maximize opportunity for firms looking to list their company on a major U.S. stock exchange, whether it is via IPO, move from the OTC markets or primary venue transfer. Wall Street Experts will work tirelessly to maximize the partnership between you and your chosen exchange. Mr. Poser understands that Exchange Traded Products require true institutional expertise, which he can offer.
Steven is also proud to provide analysis, research and expert witness services for firms requiring help with U.S. Equity Market microstructure, Reg NMS, market quality, order type usage and market data.
Prior to founding the firm, Steven was Director of Research at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Mr. Poser provided research and support to help drive listings to the exchange and to work with trading clients to better optimize their order flow. Steven also worked closely with academia to drive closer relationships between industry and academia. Before working at the NYSE, Mr. Poser was President of Poser Global Market Strategies, providing global markets forecasts applying concepts from both economics and technical analysis. He also was Vice President of Fixed Income Research at Deutsche Bank, where he received accolades for his daily analysis and research and was regularly quoted in the financial press and interviewed on CNBC and other financial television networks.
Mr. Poser holds a BA with a joint major in Mathematics and Computer Science from NYU as well as a post-MBA in Finance from NYU which he received after completing an MBA in Economics from Pace University.
