Practice Area One
Choosing where to list your company is not the same as finding the best price via a search engine. Practice Area Two
ETPs are the fastest growing segment in the U.S. equity markets. With the addition of block chain products and multiple actively-managed offerings, you need an exchange that can provide you with the greatest expertise in your product types. Practice Area Three
After working more than 21 years at an exchange, measuring how different order types are used and diving into the deep end of market structure and market quality, there are few people more qualified to review how the U.S. equity market works than our Managing Partner, Steven Poser. Mr. Poser has worked with the SEC, and competitors in the exchange space to advocate for rules and plans that helped improve the U.S. stock market. This includes advocating for improvements to the industry Limit Up Limit Down plan, authoring the first White Paper on tick constrained securities, and working closely with academia to help them better analyze the markets.
